Express UK Delivery
We are now offering Express Delivery to Mainland UK only, on selected items. Please note this service is a 2-5 working days delivery service with Yodel/Uk Mail courier company, this excludes weekends and holidays. On larger item we offer 2 man van delivery.
Track my delivery
Once you have placed and order, we will email you an order receipt information followed by a second email with your order despatch information. Once your item has been collected and scanned by the courier company you will receive an email from despatch Bay with your tracking number.
Please note
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday ( Saturday and Sundays do not qualify as working days) 09:00 until 17:00 and must be signed for. Failed delivery will be carded. You must contact the courier to rearrange re-delivery or collection. If delivery is delayed more than 4 working days then please email us and we will chase your order up
- For next working day deliveries, please place your order before 11:00 am.
- That we can not be held responsible for items that are delayed in the postal system as it is simply beyond our control. Any items missing in the postal service are not considered lost until 7 working days have passed.
- Items are boxed (Not in its original box) and secured from inside. If however, you discover any physical damages please accept the parcel and email us with the problem. Please keep the box for future use.
- All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. When you receive your goods please open the box and examine them before signing to ensure they are in good condition - if the packaging or item is damaged please do not accept the goods and notify us as soon as possible. Please check the condition of all products delivered as soon as they are received. This does not affect your statutory rights but if there is a problem we want to deal with this as soon as possible as the last thing we want is a disappointed customer. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card will be left.
- If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as possible
- Working days excludes weekends and holidays. This service excludes export, wholesale deals and other larger screen TVs.
If you live in the Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands, Isle Of Man, Isles Of Scilly or Channel Islands we are sorry that we are unable to provide our free or next day delivery service. Please call our sales team on 0788 443 1977 who will happily provide a quotation and estimated time of arrival for delivery to your postcode area.
Regrettably we cannot accept orders from Northern Ireland. Please contact our sales team Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
